Face masks must be worn by all players, even the youngest, including the playing areas (labyrinth). The use of hand sanitiser gel is mandatory before and after each game. Finally, we ensure the total disinfection of all gaming equipment, as well as common areas between each game.
Bookings are final, therefore any cancellation or modification must be approved by Laserworld. The deposit is not refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking within 10 days of the event, we can issue you with a credit note valid for a year. Finally, for any change or rescheduling of the event, a 15€ administration fee will be charged.
Yes, it is possible, just call us. On the day of the event, we tolerate a 20% absenteeism rate, beyond which we will be compelled to charge you for the absent players.
Be there 20 minutes before the start of your session, if you are late we cannot guarantee to make up for lost time, at the risk of penalising other players/sessions.
We have secured lockers in a dedicated area for your use.
Unless you privatize the maze, you will indeed be mixed with other groups. However, some hours are reserved for children’s birthdays, so that 7 to 13 year olds can play against each other.
Our children’s birthday packages are only available to 7/13 year olds. However, there are different offers for all ages! Our teenage birthday packages and adult birthday packages can be found on the “Your Events” page.
It is not compulsory, but we advise you to be present at least in the case of a first experience. If you want to participate with your child, you will have to book an extra person.
Not really, it depends more on the stature of the child. To wear full equipment you need to be at least 1.20m tall. Our instructors reserve the right to allow or forbid the wearing of a waistcoat. The smallest children can nevertheless play with a simple gun.
The duration of a single game is 20 minutes and the break is of the same length. This allows another team to play while you are on break.
Unfortunately this is not possible for various logistical and health reasons.
Yes, it is possible, but it can be risky because we cannot guarantee availability… It is therefore preferable to make a reservation, or at least to contact us before coming to ensure that we can accommodate you.
It depends on where you want to play, each of our mazes has a different capacity.
A dark and sporty outfit is advised, as Laser game is a physical activity, and discretion is an important part of the game. White is strongly discouraged, as the lights of the maze will make you the ideal target.
